Located approximately 1 hour from Atlanta International Airport is the picturesque Chateau Elan. Set amongst the rolling landscape of the North Georgia hills, Chateau Elan Resort brings a European-inspired experience to the South. The chateau’s 16th-century-style architecture, set on a 3,500-acre property, provides the prefect backdrop for the Forum. The resort features a 45 hole of championship golf course and is the only certified Conference Center in America with a full-production working winery and vineyards. The combined Participation Fee and hotel costs for the two-day Forum is $3,965 USD. This includes:

- All Session fees and access to the materials online;

- All taxes and gratuities.

Cancellation Policy...
Registrations are non-transferable. Written requests for cancellation will be eligible for a refund in accordance with the following schedule, based on the date the cancellation request is received:
- Prior to December 6th, 2024; 100% of Participation Fee less $250 administration fee.
- Between December 6th and December 26th, 2024; a credit of $1,000, for use towards a future program, valid for two years from the issue date.
- December 27th, 2024 or later; the Participation Fee is non-refundable.

CLE Accreditation...
A certificate of attendance outlining participatory hours will be issued after the Forum has taken place. Once requested, dependent on approval from your specific jurisdiction, the process may take 8 weeks from the date of the Forum. If you have questions about CLE for the Forum, please contact Jade Wells.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE INFORMATION...
You will be responsible for making your way to and from the hotel. Check in begins at 4:00 p.m and we ask that you please arrive prior to the Welcome Cocktail Reception, which is at 7:00 p.m. on the first night. The final Session concludes at 12:10 p.m. on the last day, followed by lunch until 1:30 p.m. If you decide to depart prior to lunch, please let us know.

We suggest business attire (jacket, tie optional) for the cocktail receptions and dinners. Dress comfortably in business casual attire for the meetings.
